NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission will start conducting the Combined Graduate Level (SSC CGL Tier 2) examination from tomorrow onwards. Candidates selected for the CGL SSC Tier 2 2023 exam on the official website, ssc.nic.in. The exam will be held till October 27.

Applicants can login on SSC CGL admit card portal using registration number or roll number or name, along with the date of birth. Candidates will have to carry two passport size photographs and an identity proof, along with the SSC CGL mains 2023 admit card. The commission said the identity proof should be Aadhar card or PAN card or driver’s licence or voter id card or passport.

SSC CGL Tier 2 papers

The SSC CGL Tier 2 will include three papers. There will be three sections in Paper 1. Section 1 will have questions related to mathematical abilities, and reasoning and general intelligence. Candidates will have to attempt 60 marks in one hour.

Section II of Paper 1 will have 70 questions related to English and comprehension, and general awareness, which candidates will have to attempt in one hour. Section III will have 20 questions of computer knowledge, which students have to attempt in one hour.

Paper 2 will have 100 questions of statistics while paper 2 will consist of 100 questions relating to general studies (finance and economics). Candidates will get 2 hours to attempt all questions of papers 1 and 2.

Candidates will be allotted three marks for each correct answer in paper 1 while two marks will be awarded for every right answer of paper 2 and paper 3. The commission said, .5 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
