SSC CHSL Answer Key 2018 for Tier 1 Released - Raise Objections Till July 27

Download NowNEW DELHI, JULY 23: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the tentative answer key of SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam) for Tier I exam on July 23, 2019. Along with the answer key, the authority has also released the candidates response sheet. The answer key has been released in the form of login for the SSC CHSL 2018 Computer Based Test which was held from July 1 to 11. To download the answer key and the response sheet, candidates must visit the official website, click on the answer key link and enter the login credentials. The answer key contains all the correct answers to the questions asked in the exam.

Along with the answer key, the authority has also provided the facility to raise objections in case of discrepancies in the answer key. Candidates can raise objection from July 23 to 27 (5 pm). To raise objections candidates have to visit the official website of the authority - ssc.nic.in and login to their respective account. Further, candidates have to select the question on which they have to raise objection and present the proof to support the claim. Candidates also have to pay a requisite fee of Rs. 100 per question to challenge the answer key of SSC CHSL.
The examination authority will then scrutinise the provisional answer key with the the help of experts and then release the final answer key. On the basis of the final answer key, the authority will announce the result.
SSC CHSL exam is held to recruit candidates as Lower Divisional Clerk/Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operator in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations. The test is held in three stages – Tier I, II and III. In the SSC CHSL 2018 exam there were a total of 63,49,545 candidates who had registered for the exam, out of which only 26,51,962 candidates had taken the SSC CHSL Tier I exam.
