NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has successfully conducted the SSC JE 2021 paper 1 exam in online mode today. Candidates who appeared in the exam can check the detailed SSC JE 2021 paper 1 exam analysis here to know about the difficulty level and expected cut off. As per the feedback received by students, the SSC JE paper 1 was moderately difficult.

SSC JE exam analysis 2021: Highlights

  • All COVID-19 guidelines were followed at the exam centre.

  • SSC JE was conducted in computer-based online mode.

  • SSC JE Paper 1 carried 200 marks.

  • The time duration of SSC JE 2021 paper 1 was 2 hours.

  • Students will get 1 mark for each correct response and a 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong attempt.

  • No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions.

About the SSC JE exam

SSC JE is conducted to recruit candidates for the post of Junior Engineer in government organisations. Candidates who will qualify in paper 1 will be eligible to appear in paper 2 which will be conducted in descriptive mode. The final phase is the document verification round, post which the candidates will be recruited on the vacant posts.
