Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC JE 2021 exam today and it is about to begin. Ahead of the SSC JE 2021 exam, the authorities have made adequate arrangements at the test centre so that the entrance test is conducted in a smooth and fair manner. Apart from the regular instructions, which the candidates are expected to follow, COVID 19 guidelines have been laid down.
At the test centre, candidates are being asked to follow the social distancing norms, wearing of masks is mandatory and steps have been taken to sanitize the exam hall including the desk, chairs and the complete exam hall.

Carry the SSC JE Admit Card
All candidates appearing for the SSC JE 2021 exam must carry with them the SSC JE admit card along with a valid photo identity proof. Without the admit card and the identity proof none of the candidates will be allowed entry inside the exam hall.
Ensure to follow COVID-19 guidelines
At the SSC JE 2021 exam centre, candidates must ensure that they stand in a queue while entering the exam hall and maintain social distancing norms. Also if a candidate is not wearing a mask, then he or she would not be allowed entry inside the examination hall.
Thermal Checking of Temperature
At the test centre, candidates will have to get their temperatures checked and if it is found that it is more than normal then it is unlikely that the candidates will be allowed to appear for the SSC JE exam.
Electronic gadgets are prohibited
No candidate will be allowed to carry with them any of the electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, Bluetooth, calculator, electronic watches etc.
Arrive at the test centre ahead of time
In order to avoid a last-minute rush, candidates are advised to reach the test centre at least one and a half hour before the exam so that they can undergo the security check.
