SSC MTS 2019 Paper 2 Date Postponed; Check New Date Here

NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 24: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced in their latest notice that SSC MTS 2019 Paper-II will now be conducted on November 24. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be conducted on November 17, 2019. Candidates who will be shortlisted in the result of Paper-I will be eligible to appear for Paper-II. SSC MTS 2019 result for Paper-I is likely to be declared on October 25.

SSC MTS Paper-II is a descriptive test in which candidates are required to take one essay writing and one letter writing question. The total marks allotted for this paper are 50. Candidates will be given 30 minutes to attempt the paper. Since it’s a descriptive paper, there is no negative marking. Candidates can take the exam in English or any language that included in the eight commission of the Indian Constitution.
Essay questions in SSC MTS Paper-II are based on topics like government policies, current events, schemes, societal issues, etc. Letter writing questions are based on situational topics where candidates have to generally write to a friend, a manager, editor, relative, etc.
SSC MTS exam is conducted for the recruitment of candidates as multi-tasking staff in various central government departments of different states and Union Territories. SSC MTS 2019 is being conducted for a total of 10,674 vacancies.
