SSC MTS 2023 registration ends on July 21; commission asks ‘not to wait till last date’

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission’s SSC Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) 2023 registrations are ongoing, candidates can apply for the SSC MTS 2023 exam by July 21, 2023, on the SSC website – ssc.nic.in.

The commission on its official website has issued a notice today for candidates to register “much” before the last date, that is, July 21 to avoid failure to apply. The commission further advised the candidates to apply before time as the last date for submission will not be extended in any circumstances.

The Staff Selection Commission said,” It is hereby reiterated in the interest of the candidates that aspiring candidates for Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2023, should submit their online application much before the closing date i.e. 21.07.2023 and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability or failure to login to the website on account of heavy traffic on the servers during the closing days.”

“Candidates are further cautioned that no extension of last date for submission of the applications shall be granted under any circumstances,” it added.

The candidates must have passed Class 12 and should be between 18 to 25 years of age. The application fee for SSC MTS 2023 exam is Rs 100 for candidates belonging to the General, OBC and EWS categories, while candidates belonging to SC, ST, PH and all category female candidates are exempted from the fee.

The SSC MTS (Non-Technical) and Havaldar, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) examination, 2023 will be conducted from September 1 to 29. The exam will be conducted in two stages; the computer-based examination online in stage one and the physical efficiency test (PET)/physical standard test (PST) in stage two, which will be conducted offline for successful candidates from stage one.
