NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducted the SSC MTS 2021 exam for paper 1 across various exam centres in India today. The SSC MTS 2021 exam was conducted in a controlled manner as assured by the authorities present at the SSC MTS exam centre. As per the SSC MTS exam analysis paper 1 received by candidates who appeared in the SSC MTS 2021 exam on day 1, the difficulty level was of easy to moderate level.

Candidates shared valuable information stating that the General Awareness section was dynamic in nature while the General Intelligence and Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude were static. The English comprehension was easy. The overall SSC MTS paper 1 exam analysis suggests that those candidates who correctly attempted 65-70+ questions have a fair chance of qualification to the next stage.

  • The SSC MTS paper 1 was conducted in computer based online mode.

  • There were a total of 100 questions asked in the exam consisting of 100 marks.

  • The time duration of the SSC MTS paper 1 was 90 minutes.

  • The subjects on which the SSC MTS paper 1 question paper was based were - General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension.

  • There was negative marking in the exam and 0.33 marks per question will be deducted for wrong attempts.

The SSC MTS paper 1 exam is being held from October 5 to November 2, 2021 in three shifts in online mode. The SSC MTS exam is conducted to fill in vacancies for Grade 4 posts like Peon, Gardener, Watchman, Junior Operator, Gate Keepers and Draftary etc. As the minimum eligibility criteria is 10/10+2, the exam becomes competitive exams as a lot of candidates apply for it.
