Students can appear for CBSE exams in their present district

NEW DELHI: The human resource development minister, Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ said on Wednesday that CBSE board has decided to allow students to appear for pending exams in the district where they are residing in.

He announced that thousands of students have moved to their home town during the lockdown. Around 3000 students of JNVs were sent to their hometowns.

Now, these students can appear for exams in their present district. They will have to get permission to appear for exams in their present district. So students should contact respective school authority by the first week of June 2020.

The exams will be held from July 1 to 15, 2020 for all India and Northeast Delhi students.
