SVKM’s NMIMS invites applications for BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.) programmes

NEW DELHI: The Kirit P. Mehta School of Law (SOL) of SVKM’s NMIMS is accepting applications for BA LLB (Hons.) and BBALL.B. (Hons.) programmes. The application form is available in online mode and can be filled by the eligible candidates until July 19. Admissions to the UG law courses will be offered on the basis of the candidates' performance in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and Law School Admission Test - India (LSAT-India).

The institute offers 5-year integrated law programmes in the form of BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.). The combined intake for both programmes is 120 seats. The details are mentioned below.

Application fees and mode of application:
The application form is available in online mode only and can be filled by visiting the official website of the institute; nmims.edu. Candidates will have to register themselves and provide all the information as asked in the application form. The online registration fee is Rs 1200 plus applicable taxes.

Selection process:
Once all registered candidates submit the CLAT or LSAT scores, the institute will prepare a merit list of shortlisted candidates. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of CLAT and LSAT scores and the program or campus preference for the course given by the candidate at the time registration.
It should be noted that the merit list will be prepared separately for candidates submitting CLAT scores and for those who submit an LSAT score. The first merit list will be declared on July 24, 2020, on the official website of NMIMS. The preferences once given in online registration cannot be changed later.
