10,901 NEET PG 2025 candidates eligible for MD admissions in Tamil Nadu; cut-offs range from 691 to 235

Use NowA total of 10,901 NEET PG-qualified candidates are eligible for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma, DNB courses in government and private medical colleges in Tamil Nadu. Only candidates who have obtained NEET PG marks between 691 to 235 have been included in the government and management quota merit lists.
The selection committee of the Directorate of Medical Education and Research has published the Tamil Nadu NEET PG provisional merit list for round 1 counselling. Previously, the committee published the list of ineligible candidates and gave them multiple opportunities to submit relevant and valid documents to claim the reservation benefits.
A total of 921 candidates were declared ineligible for Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling . While 570 in-service doctors were awarded incentive marks based on their years of service.
The grievance portal was made available till October 29 for government quota, management quota, NRI quota, minority quota (Linguistic, Religious), PwD quota, and service quota.
According to the merit list, 6,989 candidates have been declared eligible for government quota seats and 3,912 for management quota seats. While the qualifying NEET PG cut-off marks to be eligible for MD admission for government quota range between 691 to 235, for management quota it is 681 to 235.
