To apply for Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling 2025, candidates must pay an application fee of Rs 3,000 and a registration fee of Rs 1,000 to participate in the counselling process. Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and the Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories in Tamil Nadu are exempt from paying the application fee.

The security deposit fee for Government Medical Colleges is Rs 30,000, and for government quota seats in self-financing colleges, candidates will have to pay Rs 1 lakh. Under the management quota, candidates have to submit Rs 2 lakh as a security deposit fee.
However, if a candidate does not secure seats in Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling, their security deposit will be refunded within three months after the counselling process is completed.

Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 bond policy
Candidates recruited by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) or Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB) and appointed in Tamil Nadu Medical Services should have completed a minimum of two years of service as of March 31, 2025. Candidates serving in local bodies in TN should also have completed their service mandatorily by the same date.
Notably, candidates have to submit a penalty of Rs 15 lakh if they wish to discontinue the course after the resignation period. The total charges should be paid in favour of – “The Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai– 10,” – by means of a demand draft.
Furthermore, the discontinuation fee for PG diploma courses is Rs 10 lakh, and for other degree courses is Rs 15 lakh.
