TANCET, CEETA-PG 2026: Registration to begin from March 16 for MCA, MBA, MTech courses

Anna University will start accepting online applications for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET 2026) and Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admissions (CEETA-PG 2026) from March 16. Eligible candidates can apply for CEETA-PG or TANCET 2026 on the official website, tancet.annauniv.edu.
The last date to fill out the CEETA-PG and TANCET 2026 application form is April 10. TANCET 2026 is conducted for admission to MBA and MCA, whereas CEETA-PG is held for ME, MTech, MArch, and MPlanning admissions.
As per the schedule, the TANCET 2026 for MBA and MCA admissions will be held on May 9 in two shifts. The MBA exam will be held from 10 am to 12 noon, and the MCA exam will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
The CEETA-PG exam will be held on May 10 in a single session from 10 am to 12 noon, at 15 test centres across the state.
The TANCET 2026 exam fee for MCA and MBA candidates is Rs 500 for SC, SCA, and ST candidates from Tamil Nadu, and Rs 1,000 for other candidates.
For CEETA-PG 2026, including counselling charges, the application fee is Rs 972 for SC, SCA, and ST candidates from Tamil Nadu, and Rs 1,944 for others.
TANCET, CEETA-PG 2026: Steps to apply
Candidates who wish to apply for the CEETA-PG or TANCET entrance exams can follow the steps given below.
- Visit the official website, tancet.annauniv.edu.
- Click on the link “TANCET 2026” or “CEETA-PG 2026” that you want to apply for.
- Fill in the details for registration and click on the submit button.
- Pay the CEETA-PG or TANCET application form fee and confirm.
- Download the confirmation page and take a printout of it for future reference.
