What is TISS MAT?

Tata Institute of Social Sciences Management Aptitude Test or TISS MAT is an examination which takes place after TISSNET exam for admission to MA in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations (HRM &LR) or MA in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership (ODCL) at various campuses of TISS. The question paper of TISSMAT 2021 will consist of 45 MCQ based questions. The online question paper of TISSMAT consists of three sections - business awareness, comprehension and management data interpretation.

Documents required for TISSNET admissions 2021

Candidates have to produce the following documents at the time of admission to claim their admissions. If a candidate fails to bring these documents at the time of admissions, he or she might loose the claim on the seat.

How to download TISSNET scorecard 2021?

Step 1 - Go to the official TISS website.

Step 2 - Candidates need to click on "TISSNET MA 2021 Result Published".

Step 3 - A login window will appear on the screen where candidates need to enter their email ID and password.

Step 4 - Enter the highlighted text and click on "Login".

Step 5 - The TISSNET scorecard will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6 - Download and take printouts of the scorecard for future references.

TISSNET 2021 merit list preparation

The institute will release the merit list of TISSNET 2021 after the TISS PAT or TISS MAT and TISSNET online personal interview round. The TISSNET merit list 2021 will be calculated based on the assessment of candidates in all rounds of the selection process.  To check the TISSNET merit list, andidates need to log in using their email ID and password. TISSNET merit list mentions the important detail such as the programme preference, name of the candidate, seat matrix and total aggregate score of the candidates.

TISSNET 2021 result site not working

The students are apparently facing technical issue with the TISSNET result website.  Due to the heavy traffic on the TISS website, the TISSNET result login window is unable to access. The institute has advised students through email not to use the mobile phone to view their TISSNET 2021 result.

The candidates have to appear in the TISSNET online personal interview after the completion of the TISSPAT and TISSMAT round. The admission authorities will ask programme specific questions to check the basic knowledge of the students about the applied course and familiarity with the subject. TISSNET online personal interview is the final round of admission.

What is TISSPAT?

Tata Institute of Social Sciences Programme Aptitude Test (TISSPAT) is a programme specific test that will be held for a duration of 45 minutes. The test will be held for all the programmes, except MA (HRM and LR) and MA (ODCL). If a candidate selects two programmes, the duration of the TISS PAT examination will be 90 minutes. The total time duration of TISS PAT 2021 for three programmes will be 135 minutes.

Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai has announced the TISSNET 2021 result on March 25. Candidates can check their TISSNET result using their login credentials and download the scorecard. The TISSNET result 2021 mention the qualifying status of the candidates and the score obtained in the TISS entrance test.

When will TISSPAT 2021 begin?

TISS PAT has been introduced this year by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Last year, there was only TISSMAT for MA (HRM and LR) and MA (ODCL) programmes, after the TISSNET result. The process of TISSPAT and TISSMAT is expected to begin within one or two weeks of the TISSNET result announcement. So, one can expect the TISSPAT 2021 to begin the first or second week of April. However, the official dates are still not released and can come with or after the TISSNET result 2021.

What after TISSNET result announcement?

Candidates who clear the TISSNET 2021 exam need to appear in the TISS PAT (Programme Aptitude Test) and online personal interview. For two programmes, MA (HRM and LR) and MA (ODCL) the institute will conduct TISS MAT (Management Aptitude Test) instead of TISS PAT followed by the online personal interview. The TISSNET final merit list will be released based on the performance of the candidates in all these rounds.

Step 1: Visit the official website of TISS (tiss.edu).

Step 2: Click on the "TISSNET 2021 result" link.

Step 3: The candidates will be redirected to the TISS result login page. 

Step 4: Enter the email ID and password in the TISSNET login window and enter the highlighted text.

Step 5: Now, candidates need to click on the "Log in” button.

Step 6: The result of TISSNET will appear on the screen.
