NEW DELHI, APRIL 22: Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) will release the notification regarding the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) soon. According to the schedule released by Anna University, the TNEA 2019 registration will start from May 2. The last date to submit the application form is May 31, 2019. DoTE, Tamil Nadu is the conducting body of TNEA 2019 this year.

About TNEA 2019
The B.E/ B.Tech admission process will be based on the marks secured by the students in the 12th class. The students will be selected for admission to engineering colleges affiliated under Anna University on the basis of TNEA 2019 counselling. About 501 engineering colleges are in Tamil Nadu under the affiliation of Anna University and about 2.49 lakh UG engineering seats are available.
