Subscribe NowNEW DELHI, MAY 16: Teachers Recruitment Board, Tamil Nadu has announced the exam dates of TNTET 2019. The examination for paper I and II of TNTET will be held on June 8 and 9, 2019 respectively. Besides announcing the TNTET exam dates, the authority has also released the shift and timings for the exam. The exam dates has been announced on the official website of TNTET - trb.tn.nic.in .
As per the official notification, TNTET 2019 will be held in offline mode from 10 am to 1 pm (paper I) on June 8 and 10 am to 1 pm (paper II) on June 9. Candidate without TN TET admit card and photo id proof will not be permitted to take the test. The exact details of the exam centre, timing and shift of TN TET 2019 will be reflected on the admit card of the candidates.
TNTET admit card 2019 for the registered candidates will be available in online mode in May. In case candidates find any discrepancy in the admit card details, they have to immediately contact the exam conducting body and get the necessary changes done in it. Candidates can download the admit by using their required credentials in the login window.
Earlier, the authority had released the application form on March 15. Candidates who have completed their graduation with 50 percent marks could fill the application form till April 5.
TNTET exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of the candidates as teachers in classes 1 to 8 in the schools run by the state government of Tamil Nadu only. The exam is held for two papers - paper I and II. The test of paper I is conducted for those who wish to become teachers for classes 1 to 5 while those who wish to become teachers from 6 to 8 must appear for paper II.
