NEW DELHI, JULY 19: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released a notification for the final phase of TS EAMCET 2019 counselling. Those candidates who did not participate in the first phase or who wish to again exercise their options in the second phase can register for the upcoming counselling session. Candidates who had participated in the first phase will have to exercise their options afresh.

The following category of candidates will be eligible to participate in the final phase of TS EAMCET 2019 counselling:
Who have secured a seat in the first phase but are not interested to join.
Candidates who got their certificates verified in the first phase but were not allotted.
Those candidates who got the certificates verified in the first phase but failed to exercise their options.
Candidates who secured a seat, self reported and is aspiring for a better option.
Any other eligible candidates.
Previously, the authorities had held the first counselling procedure for TS EAMCET 2019. The provisional seat allotment for the first round was released on July 10, 2019.
