TS EAMCET 2022 postponed due to heavy rainfall in Telangana; new dates soon

Download EBookNEW DELHI: Telangana State Council of Higher Education has decided to postpone Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET 2022) scheduled on July 14 and 15 due to heavy rainfall forecast. The TS EAMCET 2022 rescheduled dates will be announced later, the council said.

As per the official notification, “In view of forecast made for incessant rains in the State for next three days and further review of the present situation, the State Council of Higher Education decided to postpone the conduct of TS EAMCET (AM)-2022 (Agriculture stream) examination scheduled on 14.07.2022 and 15.07.2022 and rescheduled dates will be intimated later.”
However, the conduct of TS EAMCET 2022 for engineering stream will be conducted as per the schedule notified earlier. The TS EAMCET 2022 for engineering will be held from July 18 to 20.
Meanwhile, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad has also postponed TS Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET 2022) due to torrential rains across the state.
TS ECET 2022 is held for lateral admission into 2nd year regular BE/ BTech courses in both university and private unaided professional institutions (minority and non-minority ) approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
In other news, all the schools in Pune city as well as in the neighbouring Pimpri Chinchwad area will remain closed today due to a heavy rain forecast.
