The results will be prepared on the basis of the final answer key. The exam conducting body issued the TS ICET answer key 2024 on June 8 and candidates were allowed to raise objections against the provisional answer key by June 9. The subject experts examined the challenges made by candidates and accordingly a final key will be released.
TS ICET 2024 was conducted on May 5 and May 6 for admission to management programmes offered by the participating institutions on the behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE).
TS ICET Results 2024: Normalization process
Since the exam was conducted in multiple sessions, a normalization method will be adopted to eliminate the variation in difficulty levels of the various sessions. Accordingly, the raw scores obtained by the students in the exam will be converted to normalized scores.
The normalized marks of a candidate will be calculated as follows:
SASD: Sum of Average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of the subject of a session in which the candidate appeared.
GASD: Sum of Average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of all the candidates across all sessions of the subject put together.
STA: Average mark of the top 0.1% of the candidates in the subject of a session in which the candidate appeared.
GTA: Average mark of the top 0.1% of all the candidates across all the sessions of the subject put together.
