Join Careers360 PremiumThe Telangana State-level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) has started the registration for the direct recruitment to the posts of drivers and shramiks in Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) today, October 8. The board has notified a total of 1,743 vacancies including 1,000 for drivers and 743 for shramiks.
Eligible candidates will be able to apply for TSLPRB TGSRTC recruitment 2025 before 5 pm on October 28. In order to apply, applicants are required to pay an application fee. For driver post, SC and ST local candidates have to pay Rs 300 while all others have to make fee payment of Rs 600. For shramik post, the fee is Rs 200 for SC, ST local candidates and Rs 400 for others.
The board recently asked the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category to obtain their community certificates in the new prescribed format from Tahsildars or Mee Seva centres and upload them along with the online application.

In case, the candidates are unable to get the new certificate within time, they may upload the available SC community certificate issued by the competent authorities of Telangana clearly mentioning the caste name to avoid delay. However, such candidates should submit the SC category certificate in the new proforma with sub-classification of specific groups such as group-1 / group-2 / group-3 at the time of certificate verification.

TSLPRB TGSRTC Recruitment 2025: Documents required
Applicants are required to upload the copies of following documents during registration:
- SSC or matriculation certificate or equivalent certificate in support of date of birth.
- Educational qualification certificates
- Valid Heavy Passenger Motor Vehicle (HPMV) and Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) or Transport Vehicle Driving Licence for drivers
- National Apprenticeship Certificate, if possessed by the candidate, for Shramik
- Study certificates issued by the government school authorities / government recognized school authority (from Classes 1 to 7) or residence certificate issued by M R O (in case where the candidate has not studied in any educational institution) for last 4 / 7 years stay prior to and inclusive of Class 7
- Latest community certificate
- EWS category certificate
- Meritorious sportsperson certificate
- PPO (Pension Payment Order) / Discharge Book / NOC of Indian Army / Indian Navy / Indian Air Force wherever applicable (for Ex-servicemen)
