NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has released the UCEED 2022 application form, today, September 9 on the official website, uceed.iitb.ac.in. Interested students can apply for the UCEED exam online till October 10, 2021 (regular fee). Aspirants can fill the UCEED application form 2022 by paying the late fee from October 11 to October 17, 2021.

UCEED 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants wishing to appear in the UCEED 2022 exam are mandatory to meet the following eligibility criteria. It is advisable to the aspirants to check the UCEED eligibility criteria 2022 before filling the application form.

  • Aspirants have to pass the 10+2 exam or equivalent in 2021 from any discipline such as Arts & Humanities, Science, and Commerce from a recognized board or university.

  • Aspirants appearing for the 10+2 exam in 2022 can also apply for the UCEED exam.

  • Aspirants belonging to General/ Open/ EWS/ OBC-NCL category must be born on or after October 1, 1997, however, SC/ ST/ PwD category candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1992.

  • Aspirants can appear the UCEED exam for maximum two times in a consecutive year.


UCEED Application Form 2022: Documents to be submitted at the time of registration

Applicants filling the UCEED 2022 registration form have to submit the following enclosures in the specified format mentioned in the application form.

  • Recent passport photograph.

  • Scanned copy of the candidate’s signature.

  • Qualifying exam certificate in pdf format.

  • Candidates appearing the qualifying examination in 2022 have to submit the certificate from the school/college principal in the specified format mentioned in the official brochure(Appendix 1).

  • A gazette notification showing the change of name for those candidates whose name is not the same in the class 10+2 certificate.

  • OBC - NCL/ ST/ SC/ EWS/ PwD certificates if applicable.

  • PwD candidates requiring scribe and/or compensatory time have to submit a request letter as per the specified format in Appendix 10 mentioned in the official brochure.

How to register for UCEED 2022

Applicants can fill the UCEED registration form 2022 online by providing the required details and aforementioned documents. The steps to fill the UCEED application form 2022 are as follows.

  • Visit the official website (Click here)

  • Registration

  • Login using the credentials provided in the registered email address

  • Provide personal, communication and qualification details in the UCEED application form

  • Select UCEED test centres

  • Upload the documents

  • Pay the application fee

Aspirants can pay the registration fee in online mode using net banking/ debit card/ credit card/wallet/UPI/Google Pay/Scan and Pay. Applicants have to select the payment mode and click on the ‘Proceed’ button to pay the application fee of the UCEED exam. The UCEED registration fee for various categories are as follows.

Candidates must keep in mind that the registration fee mentioned in the table above does not include the service charges, processing fees and/or any other charges that the banks may charge. Candidates paying the registration fee after October 10 have to pay Rs 500 extra above the regular fee as a late fee.
