Entrance exams are also being conducted for admission to various programmes. The universities offer admissions to various programmes through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) which was introduced last year. Prior to that, seats in top universities such as Delhi University (DU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) were offered on the basis of merit.
CUET UG 2023 will be conducted from May 21 onwards. The city intimation slip will be issued on April 30 while CUET UG 2023 admit card will be out in the second week of May. Students appearing for CUET UG 2023 can check the list of top universities which ranked in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) last year and see if they have added these to their list.
