NEW DELHI, JULY 12: As per the latest media reports, National Testing Agency (NTA) has schedule the UGC NET result announcement today on July 12, 2019. The result will be announced for the test which was held on June 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28. Candidates will be able to check their result in the form of login. Along with the result, the authority is also expected to release the cut off of UGC NET. However, the cut off might be released in the form of PDF.

To check the result of UGC NET, candidates will have to visit the official website of the examination authority - ntanet.ac.in , and use their login credentials - application number and date of birth. The result will contain the candidates details, marks scored by them and the qualifying status.
All those candidates who will secure the minimum cut off as per their category will be considered qualified. Qualified candidates will be given the Eligibility Certificate and will be awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
UGC NET exam is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates as Assistant Professors and to award JRF. The test is held for two papers - paper I and II. paper I is common for all while paper II is based on the subject selected by the candidates. This year as many as 6,81,718 candidates appeared for the UGC NET 2019 exam.
