NEW DELHI: The University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2023 for June cycle will be conducted from June 13 to 22, UGC chairman M Jagadesh Kumar announced on social media.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will begin the registration for UGC NET June 2023 cycle exams on the official website – ugcnet.nta.nic.in soon. UGC NET 2023 will be held as computer-based test mode.

“Release of the Dates for UGC NET June 2023 Cycle: UGC NET is conducted twice every year by National Testing Agency (NTA) in June & December every year. This is to inform the prospective applicants that the first UGC NET June 2023 Cycle will be conducted from 13 to 22 June 2023,” Kumar said in a tweet.
Kumar added, “For further clarification and latest updates regarding the examination dates and other information, the Candidates are advised to visit http://nta.ac.in and concerned website of the above-mentioned examinations.”

Recently, Kumar announced UGC NET December 2022 dates according to which UGC NET December 2022 will be conducted from February 21 to March 10, 2022. NTA released the UGC NET December 2022 application form on the official website – ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Last date to apply for the December cycle is January 17, 2023.
UGC NET exam is conducted determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for ‘Assistant Professor’ as well as ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ in Indian Universities and Colleges. The exam is conducted twice every year in June and December.
