The UGC NET admit card 2025 is issued at least three to four days before the exam date. The NTA will commence the national-level exam on June 25.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the exam city intimation slip for the University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET 2025). The UGC NET June 2025 session will be held for 85 subjects from June 25 to 29 in two shifts. Candidates will be able to download the UGC NET city slip from the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Candidates were allowed to select four cities of their choice while filling up the UGC NET application form. The city slip is different from the UGC NET admit card , the NTA clarified.
The UGC NET admit card 2025 is issued at least three to four days before the exam date. The hall ticket will have details of the candidate’s name, exam timing and date, guidelines, and address of the exam centre. It is mandatory to carry the UGC NET hall ticket to the exam centre to be allowed entry.
The NTA will administer the exam in two shifts - morning shift will be conducted from 9 am to 12 noon and the afternoon shift from 3pm to 6 pm. The exam is conducted to determine the eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), assistant professor, and PhD admissions.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to view and download the UGC NET advanced city intimation slip. The city slip indicates the place where the exam centre will be located.
- Visit the UGC NET official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
- Click on the UGC NET advanced city intimation slip download link on the homepage.
- Enter your UGC NET application number, password, and the captcha code.
- Submit the UGC NET login details entered.
- UGC NET exam city slip 2025 will be displayed.
- Check the city allotted and download it for future reference.
