UOW India launches scholarship for computing, fintech programmes; apply by October 4

University of Wollongong, India, will also introduce a list of other graduate and postgraduate programmes for November 2024 session.
NEW DELHI : The University of Wollongong, India (UOW India) has announced “The InAugural Scholarship” for its upcoming November 2024 session today, September 16. The scholarship aims to offer financial benefits to students pursuing computing and fintech programmes at UOW India. The application process for the UOW India scholarship will commence on October 4.
The scholarship programme will provide students with a substantial reduction in tuition fees, with 50% off for all master's degrees and 25% off for all graduate certificate programmes for the first trimester that is to begin in November 2024.
The scholarship offer is available to students commencing their enrolment at UOW India in 2024 only. Applicants can learn more about the scholarship through its official website, ow.edu.au.
The UOW is one of the first Australian universities to establish a teaching base in India making students' journey more accessible towards higher education.
UOW India: Upcoming programmes
UOW India will introduce a wide range of graduate and postgraduate programmes, including a master of computing (data analytics); a graduate certificate in computing; a master of financial technology; an extended master of financial technology; and a graduate certificate in financial technology.
As per the UOW India notice, these programmes are curated to align with the demands of the global job market and equip students with the skills and expertise.
Students willing to apply to the programme must have an undergraduate degree or relevant work experience, and a satisfactory English language assessment for application.
