UP NEET UG Counselling 2023: First round schedule out; registration from July 25

NEW DELHI: The directorate general of medical education and training, Uttar Pradesh, has notified the schedule of the first round of the UP National Eligibilty-cum-Entrance Test, UP NEET 2023. The registration for the first counselling round will start at 11 am on July 25.
The eligible candidates can register for the admission process at the official website – upneet.gov.in. The registration process for the first counselling round will end at 11 am on July 28.

The candidates will have to deposit the fee from 11 AM on July 25 to 5 PM on July 28. The students will have to pay Rs 2,000 as the fee. The documents of candidates will also be verified during this period.
The merit list of the first counselling round will be declared on July 29. The candidates will then have to fill the online choice filling form for their preferred institutes between July 31 and August 3. Only those candidates whose documents have been verified during the online verification process and deposited the security fee will be eligible for the choice filling process.
The candidates will have to deposit an amount of Rs 30,000 for state quota seats in the medical and dental colleges. For a seat in a private medical and dental college, the candidates will have to pay a deposit amount of Rs 3,00,000 and Rs 2,00,000 respectively.
The final seat allotment list will be declared either on August 3 or August 4. The candidates will be able to download the allotment letters from August 5 to August 8.
The UP NEET 2023 is being held for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes in the medical and dental colleges of Uttar Pradesh.
