Download EBookNEW DELHI : The Uttar Pradesh Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DMET) has commenced the registration for special stray vacancy round of UP NEET UG counselling 2023. Eligible candidates can apply for the special round on the official website, upneet.gov.in. The last date to apply is November 3.
In order to register for the special stray vacancy round, candidates will have to pay Rs 1,000 as the mandatory application fee. It is also mandatory for colleges to submit a security deposit of Rs 30,000 for government medical colleges. Those applying for private medical colleges will have to pay Rs 2 lakh while the dental college fee is Rs 1 lakh.
The directorate clarified that only those candidates will be eligible for this round who were not allotted any seat in the previous rounds. Those students who have already paid the security fee and got their documents verified are not required to go through the process again. However, those applicants who make changes in any of their documents will be required to apply for document verification again.
