UPSC has announced that candidates can now fill the CAPF(AC) Detailed Application Form (DAF) now.

NEW DELHI - The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the CAPF(AC) Detailed Application Form (DAF) in online mode on the official website. Candidates who have qualified the preliminary examination, are required to fill the UPCS CAPF(AC) DAF 2021 application form before the last date which is February 25.

The UPSC CAPF result was announced on February 8 and the 1287 candidates qualified for the medical and the physical test which will be conducted by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP).

What are the documents that need to be uploaded?
While filling the UPCS CAPF(AC) DAF 2021 candidates will be required to upload the following documents.
Scanned copy of the certificate of age.
Scanned copy of the certificate in support of claim of age concession, wherever applicable
Scanned copy of the Undertaking duly signed by the candidate if already in Government Service
Scanned copy of the certificates showing his/her educational qualification
Scanned copy of the certificate in support of claim to belong to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) (wherever applicable)
A scanned copy of Undertaking duly signed by the candidate seeking relaxation as OBC candidate in support of claim of not belonging to creamy layer
A scanned copy of duly filled in and signed proforma given as Annexure to Detailed Application Form by the Candidate seeking relaxation as OBC candidate

The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) fall under the Ministry of Home Affairs and the CAPF Assistant Commandant (AC) exam is conducted every year for recruitment of candidates for the post of Assistant Commandant in the following forces:
Border Security Force (BSF)
Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)
Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)
Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)
Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)
