UPSC CDS 2 2021 final result out at upsc.gov.in; 142 candidates qualify

NEW DELHI: The Union Public service commission has announced the UPSC CDS 2 2021 final result today June 3. The UPSC CDS 2 result 2021 has been released in online mode on the official website at upsc.gov.in.

A total of 142 candidates have qualified in the CDS 2 2021 exam. Out of these 81 candidates were shortlisted for Indian Military Academy (IMA), 47 candidates for Indian Naval Academy (INA) and 14 candidates for Air Force Academy (AFA).

The number of UPSC CDS 2 vacancies, as intimated by the Government is 100 for Indian Military Academy (including 13 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificates (Army Wing) candidates], 22 vacancies for Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala Executive Branch (General Service) / Hydro (including 3 vacancies for NCC ‘C’ Certificate holders (Naval Wing through NCC special entry) and 32 vacancies for Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (03 vacancies are reserved for NCC ’C’ Certificate (Air Wing) holders through NCC special entry).

The UPSC CDS 2 results of the medical examination were not taken into account in the preparation of merit lists. The final verification is still under process by the Army Headquarters. The candidature of all these shortlisted candidates' scores is provisional.

The shortlisted candidates are requested to forward their original certificates in support of date of birth or educational qualification etc. claimed by them, along with attested photostat copies thereof to the respective headquarters (Army /Naval /Air Force), as per their first choice.

If there is any change of address, candidates are advised immediately to report directly to Army Headquarters or Navy Headquarters, or Air Force Headquarters.
