NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be conducting the UPSC Civil Service Examination (CSE) 2023 tomorrow, May 28, 2023. Candidates that will be appearing for the exam tomorrow can download the UPSC CSE admit card 2023 on the official UPSC website- upsc.gov.in.

Candidates must note that the hard copy of the IAS admit card 2023 is not sent by post and are required to download it online. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry their UPSC CSE admit card 2023 to their exam halls. No candidates are allowed to appear for the exam without the admit card.

Documents to carry with the UPSC IAS Exam 2023?

Along with their UPSC CSE admit card, candidates are required to carry the following documents to the exam hall fo identity verification purpose.

  • Passport
  • Two passport size photographs
  • Driving license
  • Voter id card
  • Pan card
  • Aadhar card, etc.

UPSC CSE Exam: General guidelines to follow

  • Electronic devices, gadget and accessories will not be allow inside the IAS exam centre.
  • Candidates are required to carry a valid original photo ID proof on the UPSC CSE 2023 exam day.
  • Only a black ball point pen will be allowed to mark answers in the OMR sheet. Using another colour pen will lead to disqualification of the candidate
  • Candidates are allowed to carry water bottles, small hand sanitizer bottles and face masks to the exam hall.
  • Candidates are advised to reach the UPSC IAS 2023 exam centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
