NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has rejected the application forms of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2025 of 43 candidates due to non-payment of the exam fee. The commission has asked such candidates to appeal against the rejection of their application forms by March 17, 2025. The list of candidates with fictitious fee is available on the official website, upsc.gov.in.
As per the commission, the bank authorities have not received any confirmation regarding the receipt of Rs 100 from the candidates for UPSC CSE Prelims 2025.
“In view of the provisions contained in Commission's Examination Notice dated 21.01.2025 for the above examination uploaded on the Commission's website, applications of all these candidates for the said examination have been rejected,” the commission said in an official notice.
The listed candidates can make an appeal against the application rejection with supporting documents by speed post or by hand only to Kiran K Arora, under secretary (CSP), Union Public Service Commission, examination hall building, hall number 2, 4th floor, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069. Applicants will need to submit the original hard copy of the following documents:
“In case, valid documentary evidence is not received by the prescribed date (17.03.2025), the application will not be considered for revival. No further communication/request will be entertained by the Commission after the aforesaid date,” UPSC further stated.
