NEW DELHI: The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) is all set to begin the Civil Services Main exam 2022 today, September 16. The UPSC CSE 2022 mains exam will be conducted in a pen and paper-based mode. As per the schedule, the UPSC IAS 2022 Main exam will be held on September 16, 17, 18, 24 & 25, 2022.
The UPSC CSE Main 2022 examination will be conducted in two sessions every day except day 1 (September 16, 2022). The first session will begin from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm.
UPSC CSE 2022 Main exam: Important instruction
Candidates should check the important UPSC IAS 2022 exam instructions to avoid mistakes.

Candidates are advised to reach the UPSC CSE 2022 exam centre at least 30 to 60 mins before the reporting time.

Candidates must bring their printout of online UPSC IAS 2022 Main admit card and also need to bring any one of the valid original photo identity proof - Voter ID card, Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, Driving license, and any other valid ID for verification purposes.

Candidates should bring three or four recent colour passport size photos along with the UPSC IAS admit card.

Don’t bring any banned or prohibited things to the examination centre.

Everyone should wear a face mask and follow Covid 19 guidelines as mentioned in the UPSC CSE admit card 2022 at the exam centre.
