UPSC NDA 2 registration 2024 closes today; eligibility, selection process
AS per UPSC NDA 2 notification 2024, there are 404 vacancies. Selection process involves a written test followed by SSB interview.

NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will close the National Defence Academy (NDA 2) 2024 registration window today, June 4. Candidates will be able to fill the UPSC NDA 2 application form 2024 by visiting the official website, upsc.gov.in. The UPSC NDA 2 exam date 2024 is September 1. As per the UPSC NDA 2 notification 2024, there are a total of 404 vacancies.
The UPSC NDA 2 application correction facility 2024 will begin from June 5. Candidates who have registered for the exam will be able to edit their forms except the exam city preference field. The UPSC NDA 2 application correction window 2024 will remain open for 7 days.
NDA 2 application fee
Candidates are required to pay the application fee to complete the NDA 2 registration process. The UPSC NDA 2 application fee for General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates is Rs 100. Candidates belonging to the other reserved categories such as Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe are exempted from paying the UPSC NDA 2 application fee.
NDA 2 eligibility criteria 2024
Candidates can have a look at the UPSC NDA 2 eligibility criteria below.
- Candidates from the army wing are required to pass Class 12 exam from a recognised board.
- Candidates from the navy, air force and naval are required to pass Class 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- Candidates born between July 2, 2005, and July 1, 2008, are eligible to appear for the exam.
Apart from the points mentioned above, candidates are required to meet the physical standards specified by the official body.
UPSC NDA 2 selection process 2024
Candidates are required to appear for the NDA 2 written exam at first. Candidates who qualify the NDA 2 written exam will be called for SSB interview. The NDA 2 written exam consists of two papers-mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). The UPSC NDA 2 written test carries a total of 900 marks.
