UPTET Application Form 2019 Released; Apply Online till Nov 20

NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 1: Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) has started the application process of UPTET 2019 examination. The last date to fill UPTET 2019 application form is November 20. Candidates have to first register on the official website and then they can proceed to fill the application form. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria of UPTET will be able to fill the application form. UPTET 2019 will be conducted on December 22.
Candidates between the age of 18 to 35 years can fill UPTET application form. However, some relaxation is given on the upper age limit for reserved category candidates. All applicants must have a graduation degree with at least 50% marks to be able to fill the application form.
Steps to fill UPTET Application Form 2019
Follow the steps given below to fill the application form -
Step 1: Go to the official website - updeled.gov.in
Step 2: Click on ‘U.P. Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET)’ in the menu bar
Step 3: Now click on ‘UPTET Registration’ under ‘Candidates Services’ section
Step 4: An instructions page will open, read them carefully and mark the checkbox. Proceed.
Step 5: Registration - enter personal and contact details here.
Step 6: Verify your registration, fill in educational qualifications and exam details
Step 7: Update password and pay the requisite application fee
Step 8: Upload scanned images of passport-sized photograph and signature in the prescribed size.
Step 9: Preview, submit and download the application form

It has been notified earlier that UPTET admit card 2019 will be issued to successful applicants on December 12. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the official website till the day of the examination. UPTET answer key will be published on December 26, 2019, while the result will be declared on January 21, 2020.
UPTET examination is conducted to provide eligibility certificates to the candidates using which they can apply as teachers of classes I to V and VI to VIII in schools of Uttar Pradesh. These eligibility certificates are valid for 5 years of qualifying the exam.
