UPTET result 2018 for Paper II to be released on December 11; check details here

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 10: Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) is expected to declare the UPTET result 2018 for paper II on December 11, 2018, in online mode. However, the UPTET result 2018 for the primary class was released on December 5, 2018, in which 33 percent of the candidates have qualified in the exam.
Candidates who have appeared for UPTET 2018 (paper II) on November 18 can check their result by entering required login credentials - registration number/roll number and captcha in the login window. To download the result, candidates can visit the official website - http://upbasiceduboard.gov.in .
As per the reports, earlier the result was scheduled to be announced on December 12, 2018, but now the result is expected to be announced on December 11, 2018.
The result of UPTET carries the candidate’s name, roll number/registration number, date of birth, category, subject-wise marks and overall marks obtained in the exam. After the declaration of UPTET result 2018, the authorities will release the district-wise cutoff for each category. Candidates are required to secure more than or equal to UPTET cutoff marks in order to qualify in the exam.
Candidates who will qualify in the exam are eligible to receive the eligibility certificate which is valid for 5 years. The eligibility certificate of UPTET 2018 can be collected from the district education board by submitting a xerox copy of admit card and photo identity card.
This year as many as 17,83,716 candidates have registered for the exam, out of which, 16,94,530 candidates appeared for the examination. UPTET 2018 exam was conducted for two papers in offline mode. The exam was conducted across multiple exam centres in 75 cities of the state. Paper I was conducted for candidates who had applied for primary classes (I to V) and Paper II was held for candidates who had applied for upper primary classes (VI to VIII).
