Check NowHemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical University (HNBUMU), Dehradun, will conduct the Uttarakhand Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) entrance exam 2025 on August 2. The eligible candidates can submit the application form for the Uttarakhand BSc Nursing entrance exam 2025 through the official website at hnbumu.ac.in.
To register for the exam, candidates from the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories will have to pay Rs 2,000 per course, while those belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories will be required to pay Rs 1,500. The last date to fill out the application form and make payment is July 25.
The Uttarakhand BSc Nursing entrance exam 2025 will be conducted in a single shift from 10 am to 12 noon. The exam will include 100 multiple-choice questions from Chemistry, Physics, Biology, English and Nursing Aptitude. Each section will have 20 questions. The paper will be available in Hindi and English. Candidates will be able to download the admit card for the entrance exam from July 26 onwards.
Uttarakhand BSc Nursing entrance exam 2025: Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Uttarakhand BSc Nursing Entrance Examination 2025, candidates should be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2025.
For admission to 100% seats in government nursing colleges and state quota seats in private nursing colleges, candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as separate subjects, securing at least 45% aggregate in PCB.
After the exam, the answer keys for all sets will be uploaded on the official website. If a candidate wishes to challenge any answer, they can do so within three days of the answer key release by paying Rs 200 per question through the link provided on the website. If the university finds the challenge valid, the amount will be refunded.
Candidates unsatisfied with their Uttarakhand BSc Nursing entrance exam 2025 scores after the result is declared can request a manual assessment of their OMR sheet within five days of the result announcement by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 2,000.
