VITMEE 2021 counselling date released; Check schedule here

NEW DELHI : Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore has announced the VITMEE 2021 counselling dates on the official website vit.ac.in. The choice filling process for VIT MTech 2021 admissions will start from June 28. Students who wish to get MTech admission into VIT campuses will have to select their preferred course and campus before July 1.

The University has also announced the VITMEE 2021 result date as June 28. Since the authorities have cancelled VIT Master’s Entrance Examination 2021 due to COVID-19, the result of VITMEE 2021 will be released in the form of a merit list. Shortlisted applicants will have to participate in counselling to complete the VIT MTech admission process.

Documents required at the time of VIT MTech counselling

Students willing to participate in the VIT MTech 2021 counselling session can check the list of document to keep ready beforehand:

• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets

• Mark sheets of all semesters/ years of the qualifying degree

• Qualifying degree / provisional certificate

• Migration/ college leaving certificate issued by the Institute last studied

• Service certificate/ no objection certificate issued by the employer (For sponsored candidates only)

• Community certificate (only for SC/ST categories)

• Demand draft for Rs.11,800, drawn in favour of “Vellore Institute of Technology”, payable at Vellore

VIT MTech admissions 2021 will now be done on the basis of the bachelor’s degree performance of candidates. Also, GATE qualified candidates will be accorded priority in VIT University admissions.

The dates regarding the induction through online mode and commencement of classes will be notified on the official website soon. Candidates must keep checking the official website for the latest updates.
