NEW DELHI: VIT Vellore has announced the admission dates for VITMEE 2025. As per the schedule, the VITMEE 2025 registration window will open on January 20. Interested candidates will be able to apply for VITMEE 2025 through the official website, vit.ac.in.
The VITMEE 2025 application process will continue till March 31. Candidates have to apply online with the respective link provided in the website by paying a non-refundable application fee of Rs 1,200.
The list of shortlisted candidates will be published in the website or personal SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number for online counselling. The fee towards application and subsequent counselling is non-refundable. The equi-percentile method is adopted for the rank list preparation of VITMEE 2025 exam.
VITMEE 2025 exam date
As per the schedule, VITMEE 2025 exam will be held tentatively on April 20 and April 24, 2025. The exam is conducted for admission to postgraduate engineering programmes in VIT group of Institutions.
"Shortlisted Candidates will be asked to choose the preference of campus and branch. Selected candidates will have to pay an advance payment of Rs 1 lakh. Candidates who fail to pay the advance before deadline, will not be considered for admission", the official notification read.
VITMEE 2025 eligibility
Candidates must have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
There is no age criteria to apply for VITMEE 2025.
The candidates should produce a statement of final year marks and Provisional degree certificate before the fixed date failing which admission will be cancelled with the forfeit of the admission fee.
Candidates appearing for their final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply. Candidates should have completed their final semester/year exams before the selection interview at VIT University.
