Vivekananda Global University receives award at News18 education summit 2024

NEW DELHI: Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur has been awarded the "University with Highest Placement in Rajasthan" at the News18 Education Summit 2024. The award was presented by Rajasthan's education minister, Madan Lal Dilabar.
According to the official press release, the highest salary package offered to a VGU student was Rs 53 lakhs per annum. Additionally, VGU secured more than 1,823 placement offers and placed over 15,000 students globally.
The award highlights VGU’s focus on quality education and career opportunities for its students. With a dedicated placement cell that bridges the gap between students and potential employers, VGU has consistently achieved placement records. The university’s proactive approach includes an extensive training programme, mock interviews, and resume workshops to prepare students for the competitive job market, the institute said.

According to the official press release, the News18 education summit honours educational institutions for their contributions to education quality and student outcomes. “Receiving the award for the highest placement in Rajasthan is a significant achievement for VGU, placing it at the forefront of higher education institutions in the state,” the press release read.
