WB JECA Counselling 2024 Date: Candidates will be given a two day time period from September 23 to 24 to lock the choices filled during the registration period.
NEW DELHI: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has announced the round 1 counselling schedule for West Bengal Joint Examination for Masters in Computer Applications (WBJECA). The WB JECA counselling 2024 registration link will be hosted on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in, today and will remain active till September 24. Candidates who have qualified the entrance exam will be able to apply for MCA admission.
Candidates will be given a two day time period from September 23 to 24 to lock the choices filled during the registration period. As per the schedule, the seat allotment results for round 1 will be declared on September 26.
The centralised online admission process will include registration, choice filling, allotment, payment of seat acceptance fee, provisional admission. “Any candidate meeting the eligibility criteria and securing a rank (GMR) in the common entrance Examination (JECA-2024) held for the purpose can register for counselling,” as per the eligibility criteria.
The board will conduct two rounds of WBJECA counselling, namely allotment and upgradation. Candidates will have to make a payment of Rs 500 to complete the registration.
While filling the JECA application form, candidates are required to provide the application number and roll number allotted for WBJECA 2024. They should also submit academic details such as passing status and marks obtained in UG, Class 12, and Class 10 as well as the marks secured in mathematics.
