The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has extended the registration deadline for the Joint Entrance Exam for Computer Application (JECA 2026). The exam is conducted for admission to the Master of Computer Application (MCA) courses in various institutions across West Bengal. Eligible candidates can now apply for the WB JECA 2026 until April 28 through the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.
As per the revised schedule, the WB JECA application correction window will be available from April 30 to May 1, 2026.
The West Bengal JECA 2026 examination will be held in an offline, OMR-based mode on June 16. It will be conducted in a single shift—from 11 am to 1 pm.

To apply for WB JECA 2026, General category candidates are required to pay Rs 500, while SC, ST, OBC, third gender, and PwD candidates need to pay Rs 400.
WB JECA Application Form 2026: Steps to apply
Follow the instructions below to fill out the WB JECA application form for admission to MCA courses.
- Go to the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Click on the “West Bengal JECA 2026” link.
- Register using your basic information to create your login credentials.
- Log in to the dashboard and fill out the WB JECA 2026 application form.
- Upload the essential documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the WB JECA 2026 application fee.
- Submit the filled form and take a printout of the same for your reference.
The duration of the WB JECA 2026 exam is 2 hours, comprising 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for a total of 120 marks.
