West Bengal Board of Primary Education begins registration process for recruiting 16,500 teachers through WB TET 2020
NEW DELHI - West Bengal Board of Primary Education has released the WB TET application form in online mode on the official website prim-tet.in. The last date for registration for WB TET 2020 is January 6, 2021. According to the official notice, recruitment for the post of primary teachers will take place for 16,500 vacancies in West Bengal. The eligible candidates will have to take part in viva-voice/interview and aptitude test from January 10 to January 17, 2021.

WB TET Eligibility Criteria

Candidates aspiring to appear for WB TET 2020 should ensure that they check the eligibility criteria which comprises academic qualification which they must meet as well as the age criteria.

Only Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years as on January 1 , 2020 and not completed 40 years are eligible to apply.

Candidates must ensure that they have acquired the minimum qualification and training as prescribed by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education which falls under the order of the government of West Bengal.
Fee for the WB TET 2020 application form
The fee for WB TET application form for candidates belonging to general category is Rs 200 while those who belong to SC/ST/PH they have to pay Rs 50.
