WBBSE Class 9 Form Correction 2025: Schools can verify, correct, and download registration data for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) 2027 on the WBBSE portal till November 15.
The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will begin the online process for verification, correction, and finalisation of Class 9 student registration data for the academic year 2025. As per the official schedule, the West Bengal Class 9 form correction window will open on November 6, 2025.
Only the schools can edit the details in the West Bengal Class 9 application form 2025. Students do not have access to make changes in the WB Class 9 registration data. The deadline to download the registration form and make corrections is November 15, 2025.
Schools can access the portal at wbbsedata.com to review the form and, if necessary, correct the registration details of students. “The process aims to ensure the accuracy and completeness of student records in preparation for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2027. All Schools are earnestly informed to review, verify, and, if necessary, edit their students' registration information and subsequently download the PDF file of the finalised data for their office records,” the official notice said.
Details to be verified by schools
Schools are required to verify each student’s information, including full name, date of birth, parents’ names, photograph, signature, and other relevant details. In cases where discrepancies or mismatches are found, schools must update the information within the designated timeframe. The board states that after November 15, no further edits will be permitted.
The board further states that participation in this WBBSE Class 9 form verification process is mandatory for all recognised secondary schools. Schools are instructed to ensure that no incomplete or inaccurate registration data is submitted, as this may affect students’ eligibility for the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE).
For any assistance or clarification, schools can contact the Examination Section of WBBSE at the official email address, wbbseregtn9@gmail.com, as per applicable rules.
