NEW DELHI, JANUARY 22: West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has released the admit card of West Bengal Civil Services exam on January 22, 2019 for the prelims exam. WBCS admit card has been issued for candidates whose exam is scheduled on February 9, 2019. The admit card is available on the website - http://pscwbapplication.in/
Candidates can access WBCS admit card 2019 for prelims using their enrollment number/first name and date of birth. The admit card contains candidate's name, date of birth, roll number, time, date and venue, photograph and signature of candidates provided during registration and exam day guidelines.

West Bengal PSC releases the admit card in three stages – prelims, mains and interview. Candidates are shortlisted to appear for each exam stage on the basis of their performance in the previous stage of the exam.
Candidates securing the minimum qualifying marks in prelims exam will be called for mains. On the basis of marks obtained in mains, the Commission will select candidates for interview.
As per WBCS exam pattern, total 200 questions will be asked in the prelims exam. Candidates will be allotted 150 minutes to complete the exam. WBCS prelims will consist of questions from English Composition, General Science, Current Events of National and International Importance, History of India, Geography of India with special reference to West Bengal, Indian Polity and Economy, Indian National Movement and General Mental Ability.
WBCS is conducted in three stages - prelims, mains and interview to recruit eligible candidates for the various posts available under West Bengal Civil Services.
