WBJEE 2024 answer key out at wbjeeb.nic.in; raise objections till May 9

NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has released the WBJEE 2024 final answer key on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in. West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE 2024) was held for admission in engineering, technology, pharmacy and architecture programmes of different universities and colleges in West Bengal on April 28.
Students can challenge the WBJEE 2024 answer key till May 9. A candidate can challenge any number of answer keys but in one session, the board said. They will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 500 per question challenged. The online fee can be paid through net banking, debit card, credit card and UPI only.
WBJEEB will review all challenges and then release the final answer key. Scores and ranks will be calculated based on the final reviewed answer keys. The WBJEE 2024 had 155 questions in three sections – category 1, 2 and 3.
WBJEE 2024 marking scheme
As per WBJEEB, students will be awarded two marks for every correct answer. In case of a wrong answer, .25 mark will be deducted in category 1 and .5 mark in category 2. There will be no negative marking in Category 3.

Students selected for the WBJEE 2024 counselling process will have to submit the following documents:
- WBJEE 2024 rank card
- Provisional allotment letter's print out
- Confirmation page of WBJEE 2024
- Marks sheet of Class 10 and self-attested copy
- Marks sheet of Class 12 and self-attested copy
- For architecture course, certificate or marks sheet of NATA or JEE Main 2022's paper 2
- Domicile certificate and self-attested copy (only for West Bengal candidates)
- Category certificate
- 10th class admit card or birth certificate for verification of date of birth.
