Download NowNEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has declared the WBJEE 2024 result today, June 6, via a press conference. 99.53 percent of candidates passed the exam, as per a Times of India report. Students who appeared for the exam can check the WBJEE 2024 result by visiting the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

Candidates will be able to download the WBJEE 2024 rank card from 4 pm onwards through the official website. Candidates will have to enter their login credentials such as application number and password to download the rank card.
The WBJEE 2024 rank card will carry details such as the candidate's name, roll number, rank, subject-wise score, total scores, date of birth, category, domicile, application number, and gender. Candidates can also check their WBJEE 2024 results on alternative websites such as wbjeeb.in and wbresults.nic.in.
The WBJEE 2024 exam was conducted on April 28, at various exam centres. The WBJEE 2024 General Merit List (GMR) will be issued based on the candidates' scores obtained in all subjects, including physics, chemistry, and mathematics, from the entrance examination.
Candidates who qualify the WBJEE 2024 exam will have to participate in the counselling process for admission into the undergraduate engineering courses offered by the participating institutions of West Bengal.
WBJEE Results 2024: Statistics
In the WBJEE 2024 exam, a total of 1,42,694 students participated, with 44,468 students coming from outside West Bengal. The exam was conducted across 328 centres, including 325 in West Bengal, 2 in Tripura, and 1 in Assam.
According to the official press release, 1,12,963 students successfully passed the exam, comprising 87,030 from West Bengal and 25,933 from other states. Among the passed students, there are 99,574 boys and 43,120 girls. Additionally, 61,575 students from the West Bengal Council of Higher Education (WBCHSE), 31,883 from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and 7,594 from the Indian School Certificate (ISC) who successfully passed the WBJEE 2024 exam.
