WBTET 2022 admit card issued at wbbpe.org; steps to download
WBTET 2022 will be held on December 11, 2022. Candidates can download admit card by logging in with registration number, date of birth.
NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE) has issued the admit card for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2022 exam. Candidates who applied for the exam can download WBTET admit card 2022 on the official website -- wbbpe.org. WBTET 2022 will be conducted on December 11, 2022.
"It is hereby notified that the examinees (candidates) can download their admit cards for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET-2022) scheduled to be held on 11.12.2022, through online portal on and from 30.11.2022," read an official notification from the board.
The duration of WBTET 2022 exam is 2.5 hours. The exam will be conducted from 12 noon to 2:30 pm. There will be a total of 150 Multiple-choice Questions (MCQs) carrying one mark each. There is no negative marking and the exam will be held in Bengali and English.
How to download WBTET 2022 admit card
- Visit the official website -- wbbpe.org or wbbprimaryeducation.org
- Click on the link, "Online application for teacher eligibility test for Classes 1 to 5"
- Now, click on 'print/download admit card'
- Enter your registration number and date of birth
- Candidates will be redirected to another page
- Download the admit card and save for future reference
"A candidate, who scores 60% or above out of the full marks (150) in the TET, will be considered as TET-2022 passed candidate. A relaxation by 5% (i.e. 55% or above) will be the qualifying mark for SC,ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, PH, EC, Ex-Servicemen and DH (Death-in-harness) candidates," read WBBPE's information bulletin.
The validity period of TET qualifying certificate for appointment will be for lifetime for all categories. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a candidate can take part for acquiring a TET certificate. A candidate who has qualified TET-2022 may appear again in the future TET exams, if she/he so desires to improve her/his score, it said.
