XAT 2019 result declared on January 16; Download your scorecard now

NEW DELHI, JANUARY 17: XLRI Jamshedpur has released the XAT 2019 result on January 16, 2019. Candidates can download their scorecards by logging in to the official website and entering their XAT ID and Password. Although the original schedule to release the XAT 2019 result was January 31, it has been preponed to January 16, 2019. The scorecard shows the sectional and overall percentage and percentiles of the test taker. The scorecard will be valid till December 31, 2019.

Steps to download the XAT 2019 result
- Candidates have to visit the official website www.xatonline.in
- Click on the Login tab
- Enter the XAT ID and Password
- Click on the Score Card tab
- Download the XAT 2019 scorecard and result
What to check in the XAT 2019 scorecard
- Candidate name
- Candidate gender
- Date of birth
- Exam centre address
- XAT ID
- Section wise overall percentage and percentile
XLRI Jamshedpur mentions that candidates can request for a duplicate scorecard by paying Rs. 300 by demand draft made in favour of XLRI Jamshedpur, payable in Jamshedpur. XLRI also states, "For “Quantitative Ability”, “Verbal and Logical Ability” and “Decision Making” the “Percentile” represents candidate's relative performance position in the total population of the candidates in the particular section. For Total the “Percentile” indicates the candidate' relative performance position in the total population of the candidates. General Knowledge percentage and percentile are calculated independently and are not included in the calculation of “Total” percentage or percentile."
The XAT 2019 answer key was released on January 12 and candidates could file for objection till January 14, 2019. XAT 2019 was held on January 6, 2019, in 46 cities across India. Around 75,000 candidates appeared for the exam.
