NEW DELHI: Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur conducted Xavier Aptitude Test ( XAT) on January 03, 2021. Based on XAT 2021 results, candidates will be offered admission to more than 100 XAT participating institutes. Candidates seeking admission to XAT 2021 participating institutes on the basis of XAT , have to clear the overall and sectional XAT 2021 cutoff for that particular institute. After qualifying the XAT cutoff, candidates have to clear the selection rounds that is group discussion and personal interview of XAT participating institute 2021 for final admission.

The participating institutes of XAT are divided into two categories- Xavier Association of Management Institutes ( XAMI) and non-XAMI members. There are a total of 11 XAT participating colleges that are XAMI members. Each XAT participating institute gives its own weightage to XAT score, academic profile and GD/PI for admission.

XAT scorecard has to be downloaded by the candidates online which will mention the sectional and overall cutoff details and marks secured which will make candidates eligible to appear in XAT participating institutes

XLRI plays no role in selection of the candidates in these institutes

Candidates are required to pay separately for the specific programme and XAT institute
