The Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, has announced the dates for the XAT 2026 mock test for candidates preparing to secure admission to its MBA and PGDM programmes. Candidates will be able to give the XAT 2026 mock test between October 29 and November 1, 2025.

The registrations for the XAT 2026 mock test will be closed on October 26, 2025. Candidates can apply for the management mock test through the official website at xatonline.in.
According to the structure of the management exam, the XAT 2026 mock test will include four core sections, including verbal ability and logical reasoning (VALR), decision making (DM), quantitative aptitude and data interpretation (QA and DI) and General Knowledge (GK).
The mock test will be conducted for a duration of three hours. Candidates will be awarded one mark for each correct answer. For every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

Notably, the GK part will not have negative marking. Additionally, negative marks awarded for each un-attempted question after 8 un-attempted questions will be minus 0.10 marks
The XAT 2026 score is accepted by over 250 premier B-Schools and conducted in more than 100 test cities across India, the official notice reads.
The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2026 is conducted to help registered candidates familiarise themselves with the test format and improve exam-day readiness, according to an official press release.
The mock test is the replica of the actual XAT exam in structure and timing. During the test, candidates will be able to access multiple mock test to practice extensively, it added.
